GlamOS is a personal styling app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.
We store your email address, an encrypted password credential (or your chosen sign-in provider) and your display name so you can sign in and we can secure your data. Every record in GlamOS is tied to your account ID and readable only by you.
Photos you add to your closet are stored in private cloud storage. They are not public, are served only through short-lived signed links to your signed-in session, and are never shared with other users.
To analyse a garment or generate an outfit we send the relevant image and item attributes (category, colours, materials), your saved style preferences and weather context to our AI provider. The AI provider processes this to return results to you; we do not use your photos to train public models and we do not sell your data.
If you set a city or use your device location, we store the city, region, country, coordinates, time zone and your temperature settings on your profile. Coordinates are sent to our weather provider to retrieve forecasts. Location is only captured when you tap to share it.
If you connect Google Calendar, GlamOS requests read-only access and reads event titles, dates, times and locations for the next 14 days to suggest suitable outfits. GlamOS cannot create, edit or delete anything in your Google Calendar. The connection credential is encrypted at rest and you can disconnect at any time from the Calendar screen.
We rely on providers for hosting and databases, private file storage, AI analysis and image generation, weather forecasts, Google Calendar (when connected) and transactional email. They process data only to deliver these features on our behalf.
We keep your data while your account is active. Weather results are cached briefly to reduce requests. Disconnecting Calendar deletes the stored connection immediately.
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deleting removes your profile, closet items and images, saved looks, feedback, trips, packing lists, notifications and any calendar connection. This cannot be undone.
